Michael helped establish Cityline Partners in 2010 in connection with the acquisition of a large portfolio of land and office buildings located in Tysons. He leads the Cityline team in their strategic and new business initiatives, acquisition, development and asset management activities. Since 2003, Michael has worked with DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where his responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing a broad variety of opportunistic and value-add investment opportunities, financings and dispositions in the U.S. and Caribbean. Prior to joining DLJ RECP, he worked in real estate investment banking for Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse.
Michael is active in various community events and industry organizations including the Washington BIA, NAIOP and the Cornell Real Estate Council. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Donna, a founding member of Cityline Partners, is responsible for Cityline’s strategic planning, and for oversight of the company’s day to day execution of its business plan. Prior to Cityline, Donna was affiliated with West*Group for several years, first as the CEO of Park*Crest, and then as Executive Vice President for West*Group. Prior to her tenure at West*Group, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Real Estate for Opus East, and a partner with the law firm of Hazel & Thomas, now known as Reed Smith.
Donna serves on the Board and Executive Committee for George Mason University Foundation, and chairs the Foundation’s Real Estate Committee. She is also on the Board of New Hope Housing and a member of the Urban Land Institute Executive Committee, and the Urban Land Institute Trends Committee. Donna earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Tasso, a founding member of Cityline Partners, has been in the real estate development industry for over twenty three years and is responsible for all day to day design development and construction activities. He also plays an integral role in the land use and zoning efforts. Prior to Cityline, Tasso was Senior Vice President of Design and Construction with West*Group, one of the leading real estate development companies in Tysons Corner, VA. He began his career as an executive with the J. F. Forstmann Company, a real estate development company with projects in the Washington Metropolitan area and Vail, Colorado.
Tasso is active in various community events and organizations and is a member of: Tysons Partnership, Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance Board, Urban Land Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, NAIOP, and United States Green Building Council. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
